Although this article is from 2003, not much has changed. Some get upset that attorneys will not help them with being banned from a facility. However, it is impossible to take these cases on contingency when the chances of an award in favor of the plaintiff is impossible to get. Most could not afford the hourly fees of an attorney, so most times, nothing can be done about this practice.
