Can Residents in Nursing Homes Wait for Help?

The answer is no! We are not seeing this being acknowledged for the Crisis and Emergency it truly is. How long did it take to get relief out on checks to the public when covid hit? Why can’t we move just as fast to stop this inhumane care?

We know most don’t care until it affects them directly through a family member or themselves, but know when you care, it’s usually too late and time to do your turn to ask for help that hardly ever comes.. Together we can find solutions to this immediately with families, community and volunteers helping. We cannot accept this is too bad and the way it is. Together, we can make a difference and stop this horrible way residents are finishing out their last years!
