A Easy Breezy Toolkit to Start a Family Council!

Much gratituide to our Community Partner, William Eadie, for being one to help bring helpful information to families of residents in long-term care. In trying to help the families promote quality care, William and his team have helped us develope this simple toolkit and has provided printed copies to Elderly Advocates!
