This article explains many of the issues that we saw in real time from many families calling us for help. We also had complaints from healthcare workers that they or the residents were not being protected from covid with infection control not being followed at many facilities. The only infection control we saw an abundance of was keeping famiiles out of facility and that proved to be the worst thing to do.
